Dr. Mayra Rullán completed a Doctorate in Optometry at New England College of Optometry Boston, Massachusetts, and at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, Salus University a Residency in Hospital-Based Optometry at the Wilkes-Barre Veterans Administration Hospital, Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania. Director of Residency Programs, member of the editorial board for The Journal of Optometric Education, and the Optometric Medical Director in Puerto Rico for ENVOLVE (OPTICARE). In the present, is a clinical instructor for 4th-year students of San Cristobal Health Center, Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico, and COSSMA Heath Group, Las Piedras, Puerto Rico.
