BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Marta Rivera was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico, and completed a Bachelor’s degree in General Sciences at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus, and Veterinary Technology in the Medical Sciences Campus. In 2013, she completed a Doctorate in Optometry from the School of Optometry of the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. In 2016, she started a residence in Primary Eye Care at IAUPR and is currently an assistant professor and Externship Director of the IAUPR.
